I have not really noticed a performance gain a whole lot in ADT since it cannot really use the computer's full potential. The rendering times on this machine are blisteringly fast (exactly eight times the speed of our old single processer machines, since this computer has two processers, two math co-processers, and hyperthreading enabled (VIZ Render is configured to use hyperthreading, but ADT is not), so basically when rendering the computer thinks it has eight processers.
